In honor of Fork’s 25th Anniversary, we will be publishing a series of 4 zines on relevant topics of interest to our team and customers. Our second issue focuses on Community, and the integral part restaurants play in the creation of a community. This zine also touches on the community created through Fork over the course of 25 years. All proceeds from the zine go directly to Soil Generation, a Black & Brown agroecology coalition of women and non-binary farmers and organizers working to ensure people of color regain community control of land and food, share resources and prioritize community healing, grow food, and protect and commune with the land.
