These are figs from Chef @madoskyiii’s Mom’s tree, and will be featured on our menu for the next few weeks! Each year, when his mom harvests her figs, she always makes sure to save a special box for us. ♥️

We’re so excited to be participating in the firs We’re so excited to be participating in the first annual @cookbooksandconvos! Join us on Sunday, October 1 to explore the flavors of Iran with Brooklyn's Nasim Alikhani, Chef/Owner of the acclaimed Persian restaurant @sofreh_brooklyn. 

A four-course dinner featuring classic dishes from her cookbook, Sofreh, in partnership with Fork's Chef George Madosky will be served, also featuring specialty cocktails from Sofreh's unique bar menu, set to pair perfectly with each course. Each reservation is accompanied with a signed copy of Chef Nasim's book.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out for our second installment of Aconchego: A Portuguese Wine Dinner— we truly had so much fun sharing the wines and cuisine of a culture so well loved by our team. As always, we couldn’t have done it without you Chef George (@madoskyiii) and Kevin (@sauvignon_squats)! 

And an extra special thank you to @orr.wine from @oleobrigado for being such a wonderful support and liaison of knowledge, @gildaphilly for their incredibly delicious corn & blueberry Pasteis de Nata they created for our dinner and @cuzzysicecream for the perfect finishing touch. 🪄

We're so excited to announce the second installmen We're so excited to announce the second installment of Aconchego: A Portuguese Wine Dinner Series with @oleandobrigado happening Wednesday, August 23! The second of three regions to be highlighted is the Algarve, located at the Southern tip of Portugal, a beautiful coastal region brimming with beautiful flavors from the sea.

On the menu? Classic Portuguese dishes like Conquilhas a Algarvia and Cataplana de Marisco will be served up with a twist by Chef George (@madoskyiii)and an array of carefully curated regional wine by our Beverage Director, Kevin (@sauvignon_squats.)

For dessert: @gildaphilly! We’re working with Chef Brian Mattera (@brianmattera) and the Gilda team for a traditional and surprise Pastéis de Nata that will be available only that night!

When he's not busy running the floor, you can find Matt riding his bike along the Delaware River or perusing through Reading Terminal with a coffee! ​
